Lunch and dinner have always a rich menu that satisfies every palate.
Starters with Val Rendena cured meats, local cheeses;
First courses such as canederli, strangolapreti and homemade gnocchi;
rich dishes such as roasts, braised meats and game accompanied by typical polenta.
All dishes are prepared with exquisite local butter and Garda olive oil and paired with good wine
from the Trentino cellars and excellent Brenta beer produced in Pinzolo.

And let's not forget the excellent

Desserts prepared according to recipes handed down from generation to generation that will
conquer your heart: carrot cake, fregoloti cake, strudel, apple tart and spoon desserts


There is nothing but the embarrassment of choice: a mountain holiday is also this: taste and
flavours of the past revisited and improved by the experience of the chefs to delight your palate.


Particular attention is paid to the preparation of food for people with food intolerances.
