Our chefs are experts in preparing typical dishes from the Trentino region, such as Canederli, Strangolapreti, Polenta with mushrooms and grilled cheese or venison, Carne Salada (grilled or served raw with flakes of Trentingrana), traditional apple Strudel and classic Sacher chocolate cake.
We also offer a fine selection of Trentino wines like Marzemino and Müller-Thurgau, as well as local beers, including those from nearby South Tyrol.
